Black Golf Experience was born from a simple truth: the golf world was missing our culture. We are here to change that.
The Fairway Was Missing Something
Golf has always been a game of tradition, connection, and opportunity. But for too long, the Black community has been underrepresented in a sport that has so much to offer — both on the course and off.
Black Golf Experience was founded to bridge that gap. Not with another golf league or charity tournament, but with premium, culturally rich experiences that feel like us. Events where the music is right, the energy is high, the competition is real, and the community is everything.
We are building something that did not exist before — a brand that represents the intersection of golf culture and Black culture. Where a birdie is celebrated with a dap, where networking happens naturally between swings, and where beginners feel just as welcomed as scratch golfers.

Co-Founder
Entrepreneur and community builder with a passion for creating spaces where Black professionals and golf enthusiasts can connect. Jonathan brings decades of experience building platforms that elevate culture and create opportunity.
Steve Stanley
Co-Founder
Avid golfer and business strategist who saw the gap between the golf world and the Black community it was missing. Steve brings the vision for premium, culturally rooted golf experiences that feel like home on the fairway.
